If the package cannot be delivered, it may be returned to us. We can resend it, but additional postage costs will be applicable.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged in shipping, in this case you must file a complaint with the carrier.
If an item does not arrive, providing we have dispatched the item and have the relevant proof of postage, we must submit a missing parcel form with the carrier prior to any exchange/refund being offered. In this case it is the carriers policy that we wait 15 working days (UK) and 20 working days (internationally) before this can be done.
